I have talked to so many people on this campus who are reading. It is interesting to find out what people enjoy reading, and it is even more interesting to find out what fellow readers think about books we have in common. So, since I failed so miserably at being a book club leader, I thought we would try another approach. I thought we could communicate through the book club blog about what we are reading, making comments about what we read and asking for insight from others.
Don't think that what you are reading would not interest others. What is nice about sharing is that it often sparks an interest in checking out a new genre we thought we might never read.
Send an e-mail to me dbaria@msdelta.edu when you want to share the title of what you have read or are reading and a few comments about it. I will post your e-mail and then others can respond through the comments link. I hope you will participate. I know I want to know what you are reading! Others do , too.
